To progress to the learning activity, listen to the following instructions:

Activity 1 – Develop Assessment Questions

 

• If Set Demonstration (indirect observation), develop assessment questions to cover all the tasks in the competency being assessed

• If Direct Observation, develop contingency questions to be asked before commencing the assessment.

1. Access the “Assessment Worksheet” (Direct Observation and Set Demonstration)
2. Use the same competency you selected in Learning Activity WCM 201-1
3. Access the “Set Demonstration Assessment Questions Development Template” and develop the questions and expected answers
4. If indirect observation (set demonstration) access the relevant “Competence Assessment worksheet” and transfer the questions developed in the “Assessor Set Demonstration Worksheet” to the “Assessment Worksheet”
5. If Direct Observation, transfer the task actions to be observed into the direct observation worksheet.
6. On completion, save and upload the worksheet
