Fistolas Launches Self-paced Online Workplace Competence Assessor Training

Fistolas Limited has rolled out a newly created online self-paced Workplace Competence Assessor Training.

This is part of the digitalisation effort of the company and exploring innovative ways to continue delivering training services to clients in the oil and gas and related industries.

Speaking at the rollout of the online platform for ExxonMobil, Mr Anieti Ukpe, Fistolas Limited President reinforced the company’s commitment to leverage digital technologies and be innovative to ensure clients’ businesses continue without disruption in assessing employees competent to perform their duties.

Assessor Training for ExxonMobil

Fistolas Limited has been conducting Workplace Competence Assessor Training for ExxonMobil since 2010 to qualify Operations and Maintenance Technicians as Workplace Competence Assessors since 2010. We have commenced the training for 2019 and have completed one class of 10 participants out of four classes scheduled for the first quarter of 2019.
