• You have now completed Workplace Assessor Training Part 1 (Modules 1, 2, and 3)  Take time to review Study Modules 2 and 3 .

• Once you complete reviewing the modules, watch the videos on the sample practical sessions we have provided.  

• This will involve planning and carrying out the assessment at the workplace, observed by your competence verifier. 

• Go the Printable Documents section and print out the Learning Activity WCM 301 . 

• Follow the Instructions to carry out assessment at the workplace.  As you carry out  the assessment, complete the “Workplace Competence Assessment Portfolio”. 

• The workplace Competence Portfolio is in the printable documents section.   

• Once you complete carrying out the assessment and all sections of the Portfolio have been completed, submit to trainingadmin@fistolaslimited.com and info@fistolaslimited.com for evaluation.   

• We shall evaluate the Portfolio and provide feedback as necessary   If you are judged “Competent”, FISTOLAS Limited will forward a certificate of Completion to you.   

• If you are judged “Not Yet Competent”, FISTOLAS Limited will provide feedback to you and highlight areas that are to be repeated and resubmit the portfolio for evaluation.
