Module 3 – Learning Activity – Giving Feedback and Recording Assessment Decision
- Provide feedback to the candidate using the completed Feedback Form
- Obtain endorsement of the candidate
- Complete the Assessment Decision form and obtain the candidates comment and endorsement
- Complete the post-assessment training requirement form.
- Transfer assessment result to the candidate’s Competency Roadmap.
