To progress to the learning activity, listen to the following instructions:

1. Watch the “Video clip on “Planning the Assessment”
2. Access the “Assessment Plan Worksheet” in the “Printable Portfolio Templates Folder”
3. Select a candidate
4. Select competency in your organization to be assessed.
5. Plan the assessment with your candidate and complete the Assessment Plan worksheet.
6. On completion, save and upload the worksheet

Note that the Assessment plan worksheet you have developed will be used in completing Learning Activity WCM 202 Part 1 and 2 – “Carrying out the Assessment”
