Basic Planning and Problem Solving – FLS2004
Description
Problem solving is one of the critical functions of personnel in key positions. On several occasions during your career, you will have the need to make plans, to revise plans, to deal with problems, etc. To solve problems effectively, supervisors need to analysis them to understand what went wrong, determine the root cause, how to correct it, and how to avoid the same problem in the future.
This training is specifically designed to help supervisors take correct actions on problems associated with equipment, process plants and work processes. It introduces participants to the basics of planning, problem solving and decision-making.
Who should attend?
Process and maintenance plant supervisors, lead process and maintenance technicians, personnel and supervisors who are involved in equipment failure and shutdown analysis.

- Work planning follow-through
- Time management follow-through
