We do not get involved / interfere with the candidates’ recruitment interviewing, and the general administration of employees/employees’ relations activities, and the Pension Fund Administration of company employees.

Our employment agency process is as follows:
- Obtain request from client organization specifying qualification, required competence, and experience of prospective candidates
- Develop required-entry competencies for requested positions
- Put an advert in the national newspapers and other advertising media for vacant positions
- Obtain applications from candidates
- Screen all applications for suitable candidates by conducting qualification and competence match analysis based on client organization requirements.
- Submit a list of qualified candidates to the client organization for recruitment interviews
- Provide guidance to client organization on interviewing process as may be required.
