Our training programs design is driven by competencies for specific job position(s) in which training is required. The programs are competency-based and include post- training Follow-through for Performance and competency assessment segments.

The classroom portion of the training includes several group practices based on scenarios and also a final test at the end of the program to evaluate the training effectiveness.

Our philosophy is that all training programs, technical or non-technical, must have post-training competency verification process.

To achieve this, our programs come with necessary tools and work processes to facilitate the conduct of competency assessment by participants immediate supervisor at work location. Participants also develop individual back-home plan to enhance the conduct of post-training follow-through for performance and competency assessment.

We design our supervisory and leadership programs to fit clients need for persons in technical and non-technical leadership positions.

We also design competency-based technical and non-technical courses for Operations and Maintenance Technicians in the Oil and Gas or related industry.
