WE DESIGN CURRICULUM
We collaborate with clients to design curriculum for technical and non-technical job families using task analysis process to ensure curriculum addresses knowledge and skills (competencies) for individual job families.
WE PROVIDE SPECIALIZED TECHNICAL AND NON-TECHNICAL MANPOWER
We hire qualified and competent technical and non-technical personnel to fill critical job positions as may be required by client. We have competency assurance process for our personnel and we modify the process to fit clients needs. We ensure that relevant skills are maintained by conducting periodic competency assessment on our personnel who are seconded to clients.
WE ASSIST IN ESTABLISHING TECHNICAL/VOCATIONAL TRAINING FACILITY
We provide expertise in establishing and running a State of The Art training facility for your establishment. We develop competencies required for each technical discipline and integrate the competencies into the discipline training curriculum to ensure that students acquire the right knowledge and skills needed to meet performance challenges at the job.
We assist in obtaining approval from international institutions and examining bodies for the accreditation of your training facility to enable students graduate with internationally recognized qualifications.
