We utilize Competency Assurance process in our training programs; a structured process designed to ensure that persons in whatever job they do have the right knowledge and skills to perform in an effective manner and achieve overall organizational objectives. While we provide quality training programs, we do not lose sight of the fact that Knowledge, Skills and Desire are key components of performance.
Knowledge is provided through our classroom training and workshops. Skill is achieved by ensuring that the training program and workshop objectives are derived from related Minimum Required Competencies for assigned job position, to enhance post-training practices on related skills at job location. We also ensure that appropriate criterion items are available during formal classroom training/workshops.
The desire to practise the skill cannot be addressed in the classroom training. Persons may have the knowledge and skills required but may not have the desire to perform the job and this depends on many factors. Some of which are:
Consequences/Rewards
Job environment
Long stay at job location/job function
Performance Feedback Process
We conduct analysis on Desire discrepancy for our clients and provide possible solutions to correcting the discrepancy.
