Develop
From design documentation, we fully develop: The training module and administration tools

Implement
We deliver competency -based training following our training delivery process.

 

Evaluate Effectiveness

  • We administer pre/post course test.
  • Work with client to provide post training competency assessment process on related task
 

Improvement opportunities
From the result of training evaluation, we identify improvement opportunities for effectiveness of the training. Effect changes in the design, development and implementation as applicable.
