Although formal or official procedures exist to resolve conflicts between individuals, if you try to use the informal conflict resolution system (ICRS) most conflicts arising from inappropriate behavior at workplace can be resolved informally between individuals. By learning and using the ICRS you can make life easier by saving time and energy and reducing personal stress. It will help you resolve conflict at the lowest possible level. The training material for ICRS will be customized to your organizations needs and design of the course will be derived from the organizations standard of business conduct requirements.

Given Workplace conflicts or possible conflicts, your organizations Standards of Business Conduct, Informal Conflict Resolution System (ICRS), you should be able to resolve conflicts at workplace such that all parties demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills.
