In most cases, a great deal of our time at work is taken up by meetings and sometimes the meetings are not productive because of lack of front-end preparation. We can devote a little time up front to preparing for the meeting. Then we can concentrate on conducting the meeting as prepared and achieve good participation and productive meeting outcomes. This training program will provide you with the basic principles of conducting effective meetings.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Supervisors, Managers and other persons with leading role who have responsibility to conduct or facilitate meetings.
COURSE OBJECTIVE
Given a group of people and the need to exchange or create information you should be able to prepare for meetings using the meeting Agenda and conduct the meeting by:
Starting on time
Encouraging the participants
Having effective participation
Keeping the meeting on track, and
Finishing on time and the participants agree that you demonstrated effective communication skills.
