WORKPLACE COMPETENCY ASSESSOR TRAINING

DESCRIPTION

One of the expectations in workplace competency is that personnel are verified competent to perform tasks satisfactorily and safely to achieve business objectives. The process to verify competency of personnel in assigned competencies is by competency assessment conducted by a qualified Competency Assessor. This training provides the required knowledge and skills required for Competency Assessors to conduct effective competency assessment and follow up documentations to qualify personnel competent to perform tasks in a safe and satisfactorily manner.

Technical and Non-Technical Supervisors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who have responsibility to implement workforce competency and also conduct competency assessment to qualify employees on assigned competencies.
