Coaching and feedback are key leadership functions at all levels of an organization. They contribute to improving teams and individuals in every aspect of performance. Supervisors are faced with variety of situations that require coaching and feedback on a regular basis.
Effective coaching and feedback enhances the development of employees to their full potential and provides employees with constructive performance feedback and improvement opportunities. This workshop will provide supervisors with effective coaching and feedback process.
Group practices based on scenarios are included in the workshop.

Supervisors and managers in technical or non-technical positions who have responsibility to conduct performance evaluation of personnel in their work teams.
