Problem solving is one of the critical functions in a supervisors job. On several occasions during your career, you will have the need to make plans, to revise plans, to deal with problems, etc. As a supervisor, to determine how to solve problems, you need to analysis the problem to know what went wrong, determine root cause of the problem, determine how to correct it, and determine ways to avoid the same problem in the future.
This training is specifically designed to help you in taking correct decisions on problems associated with equipment, process plant and work processes by introducing you to the basics of planning, problem solving and decision making.
