OVERVIEW

Fistolas Limited is made up of a group of Human Performance Technology practitioners with the purpose of providing appropriate intervention to performance problems.

The Lead Consultant, Anieti Ukpe has had over 30 years experience in the Oil & Gas and related industries of which 20 years was in Mobil Producing Nigeria a subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation as Manager, Competency Assurance & Training.

In his position, he undertook series of international assignments in developing competencies and training strategies for green field operations and also successfully managed the Companys Technical Training Center in running a State of the Art Apprenticeship Training program that earned Center of Excellence award from the City and Guilds of London. He also developed and implemented competency-based training programs and other Competency Assurance initiatives at Company and Global Competency Assurance and Training level.

He is a Member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and also, a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT)
Our resource persons are individuals with proven experience as subject Matter Experts in their disciplines and have many years of experience in human performance improvement at various levels.
